Every detail we design begins as an exchange: your stories, habits and half-formed wishes meeting our experience, curiosity and discernment. Out of that conversation, a particular rhythm emerges - when you like to wake, how you like to move, where you feel most alive - and the itinerary becomes less a schedule and more a living extension of who you are when you travel.
The image one holds of an upcoming trip often shifts when it encounters the practical realities of budget, logistics and availability. Places that once seemed fixed on the horizon can move or transform; what is impossible in one form may reappear in another, better suited to your way of travelling. Rather than treating this as compromise, we regard it as refinement: the slow, attentive work of aligning desire with what is genuinely possible on the ground.
For this reason, we maintain an open, transparent and constructive conversation throughout the entire design process. We share options, explain constraints, and suggest re-shaping where needed, so that expectations, resources and realities remain in step. Free Welcome Consultation
30 minutes
A first conversation to tune into your rhythms and aspirations. After you complete a short form, we meet online for 30 minutes to align expectations, desired outcomes and budget. Within one week, you receive a personalised moodboard, quotation and timeline, so the whole pre-travel journey becomes clear and tangible.
Design Phases
Two Phases
We begin from the why of your journey and how you want it to feel, then curate accommodation, eateries, experiences, hosts, rituals and ateliers. You receive periodic updates to fine-tune the direction.
Creative Consultations
2 x 60 minutes
Two longer online sessions to calibrate the itinerary midway through and towards the end of the Design Phases. We present the structure and narrative - without names or exact locations - so we can refine flow, mood and priorities together.
Final Itinerary Release
≈ 16 weeks from deposit
Once you approve the redacted plan and settle the remaining 50%, we unlock everything: named suppliers, exact locations, interactive maps, contacts, contingency options and direct booking links or codes.
